Two story fully furnished, privately set house on lake. 50 foot dock is shared with the Burch Cottage. Sweeping views of the lake and the preserved opposite shore throughout the house.
1st floor: Lovely, large, old-fashioned living room with working stone fireplace. Separate dining room with large wooden porch overlooking lake. Restored kitchen with new dishwasher, fully equipped. Half bath. Original pine floors throughout. Beyond charming.
2nd floor:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with private bathroom. Large brass bed and porch overlooking the lake.
Bedroom 2: Medium size bedroom, antique wood double bed and porch overlooking lake.
Bedroom 3: Small bedroom, ideal for child. There is a 2nd bathroom on floor 2 with an old fashioned pedestal sink and claw tub/shower. Incredible charm, wainscoting on most walls, original restored pine wood floors throughout.
